When does TCC Steel recruit?
We conduct recruitment on an ongoing basis as positions become available. For detailed information about current openings, please check the Careers section of our website.
How do I apply for a position?
All applications must be submitted online through the Careers section of our website. Please use our online recruitment system for all applications, except where specific offline document submissions are requested. Note that we do not accept applications via email.
What is the hiring process?
Our hiring process typically follows these steps:
Document Screening → Aptitude Test → First-round Interview (with corresponding team or department) → AI Interview → Second-round Interview (with manager or executive level) → Job Offer
How should I submit supporting documents?
For online applications, please attach scanned copies of academic transcripts and certificates. Other supporting documents can be submitted during the interview or after receiving a job offer. We may request additional documents for review during the interview process. All submitted documents are automatically deleted after six months in compliance with personal information protection laws. Please note that any false information may result in disqualification.
Are there any preferred qualifications?
